At the 2025 NSE Conference held at the International Conference Centre, Ibadan, I had the honor of formally receiving the Young Professional Excellence Award for Leadership from the Federation of African Engineering Organizations (FAEO), which I was fortunate to win at the FAEO Conference in Uganda. The award was presented to me by the Immediate Past President of the World Federation of Engineering Organizations (WFEO), Engr. Mustafa B. Shehu, FNSE, FAEng. It is truly a privilege to be recognized for my leadership, and I am deeply grateful for this honor.
Additionally, during the conference, I was humbled to receive the Presidential Award of Commendation for my service as the Chairman of the Programmes, Branding, Publicity, and Media Relations Committee of The Nigerian Society of Engineers – Headquarters. This award reflects the hard work and dedication of the entire committee, who worked tirelessly to ensure the Society’s continued growth and success. I am immensely proud of what we have achieved together.
A special word of appreciation goes to the President of The Nigerian Society of Engineers, Engr Margaret Aina Oguntala, FNSE Margaret Oguntala, FNSE for providing a free and supportive environment that enabled the committee to achieve its goals. Your leadership and encouragement have been invaluable.
