The Ministry of Environment,Ogun State has begun a clampdown on people who throw rubbish /trash 🗑️ in unauthorized places – roads , markets and streets.
Officials of the Ministry in nondescript vehicles and foot patrol have been arresting people .
Fine for those caught is N25,000
And if it’s from a vehicle it’s N250,000
Offenders are arrested and taken to the Ministry and would be released only after payment of the stipulated fine.
