The Ogun State Independent Electoral Commission (OGSIEC), has announced plans to convene a stakeholders’ meeting on Thursday, April 30, 2026, in Ipẹru, Ikenne Local Government Area of Ogun State.
According to a statement issued by the Chairman of the Commission, Babatunde Osibodu and made available to journalists by the commission’s information and Public Relations Officer, Ayobami Malomo, the meeting will take place at the Ebi of Idena Palace Hall, Ipẹru and is scheduled to begin at 12:00 noon.
The Commission has called on all registered political parties, community leaders, security personnel and other relevant stakeholders to attend the meeting, urging participants to be seated by 11:00 a.m. ahead of the commencement.
The meeting is expected to bring together key actors in the State’s electoral process as part of preparations for the upcoming bye-election in the area.
